Owner's Obligation
Park owners must keep their parks "safe, clean and fit for human habitation."
This includes adequate and reliable utility services, safe water, and sewage
disposal.

Did the park owner fail to keep up the park? Do you want the park
owner to fix health and safety problems? You must give the park
owner notice of the problem. You should do this by sending the park
owner a written notice of the problem and ask the park owner to fix
the problems. Here is a
sample letter.
Did you give the park owner notice of a serious problem? Did the
park owner fail to make repairs within a reasonable time? Are the problems
seriously affecting your health and safety? You may:
Withhold payment of your lot rent until the park owner fixes the problem
(after park owner has had a reasonable time to fix the problem).
Get a court order that requires the park owner to make the repairs.
Sue for damages, costs and reasonable attorneys fees.
Terminate the lot rental agreement upon reasonable notice.
If you are considering withholding rent, you should talk to a lawyer
first if you can.
